                                      Since 1989, Steve Garganis has made obtaining a mortgage an easier
                                      process for thousands of borrowers. Steve's background includes senior
                                      management positions with two of Canada’s largest Banks.
                                      In 1990, he completed the Mortgage Broker’s course and received his
                                      Mortgage Broker's license.  Today, he's the co-owner of Mortgage NOW,
                                      a founding member of the AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional
                                      designation).  He sits on CMHC's Broker planning committee, he's written
                                      numerous articles (see archived newsletters) and has appeared on TV's
                                      Global Morning news to provide mortgage advice.
